The successful candidate will be the primary contact for customer inquiries, handling and classifying incident reports within a ticketing system. Key responsibilities include creating, maintaining, and distributing software packages using SCCM infrastructure, troubleshooting network issues, and configuring/installing client hardware, printers, smartphones, and peripherals. Required Skills

Education
