Job Summary

This role involves providing essential onsite IT support and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services for a leading IT service provider in Europe. The specialist will be responsible for setting up and dismantling workstations, troubleshooting issues directly with users, managing laptops (imaging, deletion, inventory), and handling the issuance and return of IT equipment, including mobile devices. Additionally, the role includes technical assistance for both in-person and remote meetings and processing support tickets. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration or electronics, possess initial experience in onsite support and ticketing systems, and be prepared to work in early and late shifts. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or a comparable qualification

Experience
