Building Services Engineer | Versorgungstechniker (m/w/d)

Job Summary
This role involves comprehensive planning and project management within building services (Versorgungstechnik) and technical building equipment projects (TGA/HKLS). The successful candidate will be responsible for creating technical plans and designs, acting as the central point of contact for all project stakeholders, and ensuring rigorous quality control and deadline monitoring throughout the entire project lifecycle. Key tasks also include performing detailed pre- and post-calculations and actively supporting negotiation processes. We are looking for an ambitious professional with a background as a certified technician or a university degree in Technical Building Equipment or HVAC engineering. Initial professional experience in a similar role, proficiency in CAD tools and MS Office, and strong negotiation skills are expected. This position offers an unlimited contract, opportunities for mobile working, and significant scope for professional development and taking on responsibility.
