Job Summary

This role involves driving the next level of technology solutions by focusing on the development and coordination of measurement processes within interferometric metrology. The successful candidate will investigate and analyze measurement processes using both theoretical and experimental methods. Key responsibilities include creating, testing, and optimizing algorithms for evaluation and calibration procedures, and subsequently implementing them into manufacturing environments. Furthermore, the role requires leading projects within this specialized field and utilizing simulation techniques to optimize measurement and calibration processes. Candidates must possess a strong background in physics or mathematics, extensive programming skills (Python, MATLAB, VBA, VBS), and deep expertise in optics and optical metrology.
