Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious Automation Engineer or PLC Programmer keen on advancing industrial technology by developing and implementing sophisticated automation solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include programming and commissioning automation solutions for machinery and industrial production facilities. Key tasks involve developing control concepts, creating functional descriptions, and generating control software, safety control software, and user interfaces. A significant part of the role is defining data communication interfaces, conducting simulations and system tests to ensure functionality, and performing internal and customer-site commissioning, including process trials. Candidates should possess a degree or vocational qualification in Electrical Engineering or Automation Technology, practical experience with PLC programming (specifically Simatic S7 and TIA), and skills in developing industrial user interfaces.
