Job Summary
This role involves leading the maintenance, repair, and servicing of all operational equipment within a dynamic production environment. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for executing preventive maintenance, servicing, and repairing electrical and mechanical systems, production, and process equipment. Key tasks include the installation and commissioning of mechatronic and electrical systems, providing support for production lines, and complex troubleshooting on control and switching systems. Candidates must possess a completed technical qualification, such as an Electrician or Mechatronics technician, coupled with strong practical experience in both mechanical and electronic plant repair. Proficiency in control systems like Siemens S5/S7, Danfoss VLT frequency converters, and B&R controls is essential for success in this challenging and innovative position.

Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Mechatronics Technician, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in repair, preventive maintenance, and servicing of plants from both an electronic and mechanical perspective
- Experience in troubleshooting control systems using conventional control technology and drive technology
