Key daily tasks involve 2nd and 3rd-level troubleshooting, implementing robust security measures (firewalls, patch management), and managing virtualization using technologies like VMware and Hyper-V. A strong emphasis is placed on automation using tools such as Ansible and Puppet, system monitoring (Nagios, Zabbix), and managing cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
