This role involves acting as a dedicated ITIL Expert, focusing on the continuous analysis and improvement of ITIL processes within the organization. The expert will consult internal teams and clients on ITIL best practices, ensuring strict adherence to ITIL standards across all projects. Key responsibilities include creating comprehensive process documentation, policies, and reports, as well as conducting training sessions and workshops on ITIL topics. Success in this position requires close collaboration with IT Architects, the Service Desk, and various business departments to optimize overall service quality. Candidates should possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field, hold an ITIL certification (preferably ITIL 4 Managing Professional), and have several years of experience in IT Service Management and utilizing ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
