Job Summary

This permanent role as a Project Manager in Facility Management involves serving as the central customer contact for all project services at the Immenstaad am Bodensee site, serving the client Airbus. Day-to-day responsibilities include the full lifecycle management of subcontractor services, encompassing tendering, awarding contracts, monitoring performance, and final acceptance. A core function is ensuring quality and performance controlling for both internal and external services, alongside rigorous monitoring of legal inspection deadlines, warranties, defects, and damage claims. Candidates must possess a relevant technical qualification, such as a Master Craftsman, State-certified Technician (in Electrical, Building Services, or Refrigeration Technology), a Specialist in Facility Management, or a university degree in a related field. The ideal candidate demonstrates high customer orientation, a structured approach, and proficiency in MS Office.
