Job Summary

This is a high-responsibility role leading a Business Unit of approximately 80 employees specializing in energy infrastructure, regional distribution networks, and power supply systems within Omexom Frankenluk GmbH. The Business Unit Manager reports directly to the Division Management and is fully accountable for the economic success and strategic direction of the unit. Day-to-day tasks involve proactive market monitoring, technical and strategic development of the unit, and managing the team both professionally and disciplinarily. A core focus is on acquiring innovative new projects, building sustainable customer networks, and overseeing the entire project portfolio, including financial monitoring, invoicing, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate possesses a background in Civil or Electrical Engineering, extensive project business experience, and proven P&L responsibility, coupled with strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills.
