Job Summary
This role involves driving business development within the portfolio of electromechanical manufacturing components and subsystems for Electronic Warfare (EW), Testing, Training, and Evaluation systems. The Innovation Manager will identify and secure participation in research programs across Germany, the EU, and NATO, while actively building and strengthening an R&D network with universities, institutes, and industry partners. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, evaluating new technologies to ensure competitiveness, and providing technical advice to customers and sales staff. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, possesses experience in engineering or technical sales for military systems, and ideally has military operational expertise in an EW function. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory for success in this international defense technology environment.
