Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Electrical Engineering Team Lead passionate about driving the energy transition within the power and heat generation sector. The successful candidate will lead the Electrical Engineering team, providing deep technical expertise in the dimensioning, conceptualization, and project planning of electrical systems, including low- and medium-voltage switchgear and converters. Day-to-day responsibilities involve ensuring strict adherence to technical standards (DIN, VDE, IEC), developing technical concepts, and reviewing tender documents. A critical component of the role is project coordination, managing quality, deadlines, and budget, as well as proactively handling change requests and claim management. This position offers the chance to actively shape the future of energy infrastructure and develop the technical department through process optimization and knowledge transfer, requiring a strong background in electrical energy systems and proven leadership experience.
