Job Summary
This role is ideal for an innovation-driven professional focused on optimizing the value chain through effective Business Process Management (BPM). The Business Process Manager will be responsible for identifying improvement potential, implementing and managing BPM tools for process modeling and automation, and supporting specialized departments in process optimization. Daily tasks involve creating requirement specifications, coordinating cross-functional projects, and performing crucial interface management between project leaders, IT, and external service providers. Key qualifications include a degree in Economics, Business Informatics, or Engineering, combined with strong analytical skills and deep knowledge of BPM methodologies such as BPMN 2.0, Lean, KVP, and Six Sigma.
