Job Summary

This role involves working as a Maintenance Engineer specializing in Technical Building Services (TGA), focusing specifically on Fire Protection and Safety systems for Airbus Operations in Hamburg-Finkenwerder. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the entire maintenance lifecycle: selecting suppliers, obtaining quotes, coordinating external service providers, and monitoring their performance to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery. The engineer will be responsible for operating and maintaining complex facilities and infrastructure, creating inspection, maintenance, and testing plans, and ensuring strict adherence to defined Airbus processes and legal requirements (such as the German Industrial Safety Regulation). Furthermore, the role requires preparing for and participating in internal and external audits within the area of responsibility, and managing KPI monitoring. This position is permanent and requires a strong background in engineering, maintenance planning, and regulatory compliance.
