Job Summary

This role involves working as a competent onsite IT Service Technician, acting as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and specialized issues for both clients and colleagues. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation and configuration of hardware and software, comprehensive Incident Management, and troubleshooting everything from minor faults to complex hardware repairs. The technician will handle device reconfiguration post-malfunction, replace damaged components, administer client and peripheral devices, and support network infrastructure setup, including patch cable checks and inventory management. The ideal candidate holds a technical qualification (e.g., IT Specialist or IT Systems Electronics Technician) and possesses professional experience in user support, IT rollouts, and standard ticket/client operating systems.
