Job Summary

This role is ideal for a technically and legally astute professional specializing in contract and claim management within the construction industry, focusing specifically on electrical engineering projects. You will be instrumental in actively shaping contracts, particularly regarding critical services, and supporting the creation of offers by assessing opportunities and risks. A core function involves continuous project monitoring to prevent and defend against unwarranted claims. Day-to-day tasks include managing supplementary claims (Nachträge), evaluating them, and assessing potential construction process disruptions. You will ensure project budgets are met, act as a technical consultant to the organizational unit, and manage contract-relevant correspondence. The position requires deep expertise in VOB, BGB, and HOAI, and you will serve as the central point for VOB and supplementary claim management, training project and site managers on professional construction procedures.
