Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd level IT support, ensuring timely and professional resolution of technical inquiries received via phone, email, or in person. The specialist will be responsible for identifying, diagnosing, and resolving hardware and software issues within Microsoft and Citrix environments. Key tasks include installing, configuring, and updating operating systems, applications, and drivers, as well as documenting all support tickets and processes. A crucial part of the job is training employees on the effective use of IT systems, both remotely and on-site. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Merchant, or a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable field of study.
