Job Summary

This part-time role (50%) is perfect for a detail-oriented professional with experience in administrative processing, ideally within the pharmaceutical or a highly compliance-regulated environment. The core responsibility involves the timely application for Continuing Medical Education (CME) certifications, Disease Management Program (DMP) accreditations, and certifications from various associations (primarily RbP, VDBD) via online portals and forms. You will be responsible for monitoring and processing certification returns and associated fee invoices, ensuring all applications strictly adhere to the requirements set by state medical associations and other regulatory bodies. Success in this role requires excellent organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams), and strong communication abilities for continuous coordination with external partners (medical associations, service providers) and internal stakeholders (Compliance, Sales, Marketing).
