Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious Development Engineer specializing in complex electronic components and embedded systems, working with an innovative technology services platform, FERCHAU. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing innovative circuits, supporting PCB layout creation according to customer specifications and industry standards, and performing crucial circuit simulations and tolerance analyses. A key focus is coordinating verification and validation, particularly ensuring device safety and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). The engineer will also be responsible for ensuring manufacturability, coordinating with suppliers, and collaborating cross-functionally to manage the interface between hardware and software within an international development team. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or Microsystems Technology, possesses several years of professional experience in automotive embedded electronics development, and is proficient with an electrical design tool (e.g., Altium, Eagle, or Mentor Graphics).
