Job Summary

This hands-on role in Witten involves executing core chemical production processes, focusing primarily on the manufacturing and granulation of polyester, including the safe handling of hot melt substances. Key daily responsibilities include the preparation and addition of raw materials, independent operation and rigorous monitoring of production plants, and conducting essential quality control tasks such as sampling and documentation. The operator is also responsible for the filling, labeling, and safe loading of finished products in compliance with hazardous goods regulations. Successful candidates must bring completed vocational training as a Chemical Operator or equivalent experience, mandatory forklift and crane licenses, and a strong commitment to safety and environmental consciousness. This position offers a permanent contract and requires flexibility for shift work.
