Job Summary

This role involves supporting a market-leading machine manufacturing company by managing the technical aspects of electronic control systems and providing crucial customer support. The Electrical Technician will be responsible for creating and processing retrofit kits for electronic controls, selecting and supplying ancillary and spare parts, and handling customer complaints and technical cost estimates. A key component of the job is providing technical phone support, including communication in English, ensuring customers receive prompt and effective solutions. The ideal candidate must possess a background in electrical engineering or electronics, be proficient with PC and MS Office applications, and have initial professional experience in telephone support, combined with knowledge of relevant DIN and VDE regulations.
