Job Summary
This role involves working for the municipal administration of Samtgemeinde Artland, focusing on the planning, conceptualization, and execution of civil engineering projects. The Civil Engineer will manage the renovation and new construction of roads, paths, green spaces, and municipal bridge structures. Key responsibilities include coordinating external planning offices, consultants, and contractors, preparing tender documents according to VOB, UVgO, and VgV, and supporting financial/budget planning. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Underground/Civil Engineering) and possesses strong knowledge of relevant technical standards (HOAI, VOB).
