Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious Electrical Engineer specializing in Control Systems (Leittechnik) to join MITNETZ STROM in Grimma, focusing on preparing the regional distribution network for the energy transition. The core responsibility involves managing customer facility connections to the medium and high-voltage grid, ensuring visibility and controllability of the network through the control system. Day-to-day tasks include configuring and parameterizing proprietary and customer remote control systems, overseeing commissioning tests, and maintaining precise technical documentation. The position requires a degree in Electrical Engineering and experience with technical connection requirements and control/remote control technology. This role is crucial for integrating decentralized feeders, charging infrastructure, and battery storage, offering a blend of technical project leadership, cross-functional collaboration within the enviaM and E.ON groups, and a mix of on-site and virtual work.
