Job Summary

This crucial role involves the end-to-end management of complex technical infrastructure projects, ensuring execution adheres strictly to deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating planning, construction supervision, and inspection services, preparing tender and award documents, and actively managing project risks and costs. You will also be responsible for documenting and evaluating supplementary claims (Nachträge). The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil, Electrical, or Communications Engineering, or an equivalent technical qualification, preferably with long-term experience within the railway sector. Success requires high initiative, assertiveness, structured work methods, and initial knowledge of German construction regulations (VOB and HOAI). Required Skills
