Job Summary

This role involves the crucial management and maintenance of galvanic and chemical process baths, focusing on electrolyte concentration, chemical requirements, and coating properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include independently performing bath maintenance, conducting necessary chemical servicing, and monitoring dosing systems. The technician is responsible for identifying deviations from specifications, initiating corrective actions, and meticulously documenting all process scripts, activities, and system data readings. Candidates must hold a completed qualification such as a Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA) or Chemical Laboratory Technician, coupled with fundamental knowledge of handling chemicals and hazardous materials. Success in this position requires a precise, conscientious, and reliable work approach, a strong technical understanding, and fluent German language skills (B2 minimum).
