Job Summary

This role involves serving as the key technical and commercial interface for processing incoming customer orders within a market-leading mechanical engineering firm specializing in control units. Day-to-day responsibilities include the independent processing of orders, generating quotations, and coordinating the procurement of necessary technical components in collaboration with the purchasing department. The Technical Order Processor will act as the primary point of contact for customers and production staff regarding technical inquiries, ensuring clarity and adherence to deadlines. The ideal candidate holds a background in electrical engineering (e.g., as an Electrician or Electrical Technician) and possesses experience with electrical schematics and order processing, preferably related to switchgear or machinery.
