Job Summary
This role involves the comprehensive management and strategic development of outsourcing client relationships within one of Germany's largest IT service providers. The IT Service Manager acts as the crucial interface between the client and the delivery teams, focusing on service governance, SLA/SLO fulfillment, and professional escalation management. Day-to-day tasks include conducting regular service reviews, performance analyses, and ensuring transparent communication regarding technical, organizational, and contractual matters. The ideal candidate possesses strong IT Service Management expertise, preferably ITIL certified, and is adept at steering complex IT services in managed services environments. This position is attractive due to its focus on strategic customer partnerships, continuous improvement of service processes, and the opportunity to proactively identify and drive service growth and optimization within the client base.
