Job Summary

This role is for a proactive Demand Manager joining one of Germany’s largest IT service providers, the netgo group. The primary focus is on structured management of new customer requirements that fall outside the existing Managed Services scope. Day-to-day responsibilities include capturing, analyzing, and qualifying customer demands, checking for standard conformity, and translating these needs into actionable opportunities for the Sales team. The Demand Manager acts as the critical interface between the customer, Delivery, Portfolio, and Sales, ensuring early detection and efficient steering of needs. Key qualifications include professional experience in IT Service or Delivery environments, deep knowledge of ITIL processes (especially Demand, Change, and Service Catalogue Management), and familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.
