Job Summary

This Lead Professional role involves strategically steering and moderating the global IT Risk Management process, including leading the IT Risk Inventory for one of Germany's leading banks. The officer will be responsible for developing and establishing objectives, methods, processes, and controls for IT Risk Management, and leading complex, high-relevance IT Risk Management projects. A core part of the job is providing deep specialized knowledge on central IT regulatory steering topics, actively shaping overarching structures, and creating decision-ready documentation for top management, focusing on feasibility and international requirements. The ideal candidate possesses over seven years of relevant professional experience in regulated financial environments, specialized knowledge in IT risk methodologies (ideally ISO 27005), and strong expertise in key regulatory frameworks like DORA, MaRisk, and ISO 27001. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent presentation abilities, and fluency in German (C1) and English (B2/C1).
