This critical role involves leading the group-wide development and management of IT Security and Resilience, with a specific focus on SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) systems within one of Germany's leading banks. The Chief Engineer will drive standardized and scalable security solutions, ensuring compliance with both regulatory and operational requirements across the organization and internationally. Daily tasks include leading complex, high-impact global IT security projects, steering service providers for outsourced security functions, and acting as a trusted advisor on operational IT security up to the top management level. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in operational IT security, strategic steering competence, and proven experience in managing large-scale security transformations, contributing specialized knowledge to strategic committees and providing technical coaching to teams.
