This Senior IT Security & BCM Specialist role is crucial for actively shaping the company's information security posture and ensuring the resilience of its IT infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities involve supporting the Information Security team, acting as the primary point of contact for Business Continuity Management (BCM) and IT emergency management queries, and developing and maintaining security concepts and comprehensive emergency plans. A core function is the development and implementation of BCM strategies, specifically aligned with the requirements of BSI IT-Grundschutz 200-4 and ISO 22301 standards. The specialist will also plan and coordinate regular emergency exercises across various organizational units to ensure optimal preparedness. Candidates should possess a completed degree in Computer Science or 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, coupled with fundamental knowledge of networks, IT systems, and standards like ISO/IEC 27001.
