Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive IT support for both software and hardware issues, engaging with users personally, via phone, or through remote support, handling requests from both domestic and international locations. Key daily tasks include capturing, prioritizing, classifying, and resolving IT inquiries, along with managing user accounts, access permissions, and documentation within the IT knowledge base. The specialist acts as a crucial interface in IT projects, driving internationalization and standardization efforts, and is encouraged to contribute ideas for process improvement. The ideal candidate holds a qualification as a Trained IT Specialist or equivalent, possesses fundamental knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and VPN technologies, and brings initial professional experience, ideally in Incident Management following ITIL V3. Strong customer orientation and good English skills are essential for success in this dynamic environment.
