Job Summary

This role involves specialized hardware engineering within the Safety Instrumentation and Control (I&C) domain, primarily focusing on the nuclear or power plant construction sector. The specialist will be responsible for creating detailed manufacturing documentation for control cabinets, translating functional requirements onto qualified hardware platforms. Key daily tasks include calculating critical parameters such as current consumption, power loss, and voltage drop, as well as estimating operating temperatures. Furthermore, the role requires managing documentation using a dedicated system and coordinating closely with manufacturing, testing, and commissioning teams to finalize customer documentation. Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering, combined with initial professional experience and expertise in power plant construction and safety I&C systems. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory.
