Job Summary

This role involves driving the continuous development and standardization of processes and IT systems across global production environments. The manager will be instrumental in shaping production-related IT systems, handling the entire lifecycle from requirements gathering and analysis through to global rollout. Key responsibilities include analyzing, documenting, and harmonizing existing business and IT processes in collaboration with international teams. The ideal candidate will initiate projects, define work packages and project plans, ensure milestone achievement, and communicate results effectively to stakeholders. Success requires a strong background in production IT systems (such as SAP PP, MM, QM, PM, and MES), proven project management expertise, and the ability to translate technical requirements into tailored IT solutions.
