Job Summary

This critical role, located southeast of Munich within the housing construction sector, focuses on the strategic management of IT procurement and vendor relationships. The Strategic IT Vendor Manager will be responsible for independently planning IT purchases, identifying savings potential, and continuously optimizing procurement processes. Key duties include managing IT accounting workflows and controlling invoicing in SAP to ensure smooth operations, establishing strategic contract management compliant with quality and compliance standards, and overseeing the Hardware Lifecycle Management process, including maintenance contracts. The position also requires providing technical support for tenders, preparing necessary documentation such as performance specifications and EVB-IT contracts, and taking on sub-project leadership for various IT initiatives from conception to successful implementation.
