Job Summary

This role involves acting as a Process Engineer focused on implementing technical projects and process solutions within a production environment, specifically dealing with RESOMER technology. Key daily tasks include planning, coordinating, and commissioning technical projects, and ensuring the successful scale-up of pharmaceutical and medical device development projects into full production, strictly adhering to GMP guidelines, ISO standards, and validation requirements. The engineer will lead technical improvement projects aimed at boosting process robustness, product quality, and production yield through thorough process analysis and optimization. Success in this role requires a degree in Pharmaceutical, Process, Medical Device, or Chemical Engineering, coupled with substantial professional experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, deep knowledge of GMP regulations (e.g., ISO 13485), and excellent communication skills for managing complex interfaces between R&D, Production, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs.
