Job Summary

This Senior Security Operations DORA Manager role requires a dedicated subject matter expert to own and manage the Security Operations DORA reporting framework, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders and regulatory requirements. The core responsibility involves translating complex Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) standards into clear, actionable insights, and operational metrics like SLAs and KPIs. Day-to-day tasks include designing and continuously improving regulatory reporting suites, actively monitoring and steering DORA compliance metrics, and coordinating data accuracy with both internal security teams and external vendors. The manager will use data querying (SQL) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) to transform raw data into compelling performance reports for leadership and clients. Success in this role hinges on combining deep Security Operations domain knowledge with proven stakeholder management skills to bridge the gap between highly technical teams and business-focused client stakeholders.
