Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious Hardware Development Engineer specializing in Measurement Technology and Electronics Design to join a leading technology partner, contributing to challenging solutions across various industries. The core responsibility involves developing robust hardware components for precision measurement systems and actively steering the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase. Day-to-day tasks include creating comprehensive manufacturing documentation, ensuring a seamless transition of prototypes into mass series production, and collaborating closely with production, quality assurance, and suppliers. A key focus is on optimizing designs for manufacturability (DFM), cost efficiency, and quality standards. Candidates must possess a completed degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics and have several years of relevant experience in high-tech hardware development, coupled with proven expertise in industrialization processes and troubleshooting complex hardware issues. The position offers an unlimited contract and flexible working arrangements.
