Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the operational readiness and reliability of critical test benches and associated plant technology within a research and development environment. Key daily responsibilities include the maintenance, servicing, and comprehensive troubleshooting of electrical, mechatronic, and control systems. You will be responsible for localizing and resolving faults in programs utilizing various PLC and contactor controls, specifically focusing on Siemens S7 and TIA technology. Furthermore, the role requires documenting all modifications and implementing suggestions for system improvement while adhering strictly to valid safety regulations. The ideal candidate holds a qualification as an Industrial Electrician or Mechatronics Technician, possesses strong expertise in EPLAN and MSR control technology, and is a certified Electrical Specialist (up to 1000V AC / 1500V DC).
