Candidates must possess a degree or technician qualification in Automation Technology or Electrical Engineering, coupled with demonstrable professional experience as a PLC Programmer and Automation Technician. Essential technical knowledge includes proficiency with programming environments like Siemens S7, TIA Portal, and Beckhoff.
