Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support and infrastructure maintenance as part of rollouts and onsite assignments in Düsseldorf. The IT Technician will be responsible for executing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services for various IT hardware including desktops, laptops, monitors, and peripherals. Key daily activities include installing and configuring new devices, troubleshooting hardware and software incidents, performing function tests, and resolving faults, often adhering to specific SLA requirements. The role demands strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Office, experience in user support, and familiarity with network connections and IP addressing. Additionally, the technician will handle Mobile Device Management (MDM) for Apple and Android products, manage basic user accounts, and meticulously document all work progress and asset data within customer systems.
