This role calls for a dedicated Technical Facility Manager to oversee the comprehensive technical operations of commercial properties in the Rhein-Neckar region. The core responsibilities include the monitoring and management of critical building systems, such as ventilation, air conditioning, heating, emergency power (UPS/generator), fire alarm, and sprinkler systems. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operational readiness by performing minor maintenance and repair tasks. A key component of the job involves coordinating and negotiating with external suppliers and service providers, managing technical documentation, and handling budget planning and control in close collaboration with the Facility Management team. The ideal candidate possesses a technical qualification (Master Craftsman/Technician) in HVAC, electrical engineering, or a relevant Bachelor's degree, coupled with strong organizational competence and communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and partners. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training with Master Craftsman or Technician qualification (Sanitation, Heating, Climate, or Electrical Engineering); OR Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or vocational training in Facility Management.

  • Initial professional experience in technical property management of commercial real estate (Ideal)
