Job Summary
This role is for an Onsite Support Specialist supporting a leading German IT service provider managing over 600,000 IT workplaces globally. The specialist will be responsible for the full lifecycle of onsite IT support, including the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of notebooks, printers, and peripheral devices. Key daily tasks involve analyzing and resolving issues related to Windows operating systems, networking, and hardware, alongside meticulously documenting all support activities using ticket systems. You will also manage the setup and dismantling of workstations and actively participate in IT rollouts and migrations. Candidates must possess a completed qualification such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent professional experience in IT support. Essential requirements include strong troubleshooting skills for clients and mobile devices, excellent knowledge of Windows, standard software, and Active Directory, coupled with a high degree of customer and service orientation. The position offers a permanent contract and attractive compensation.
