Job Summary
This role is centered on providing essential onsite and remote technical assistance for a leading European IT service company, supporting numerous major corporations. The daily responsibilities include conducting onsite support, managing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities, and processing tickets efficiently. You will be responsible for setting up and dismantling workstations, troubleshooting hardware issues, and managing the inventory, including the deployment, erasure, and administration of notebooks and mobile devices. Furthermore, you will provide technical support for both in-person and remote meetings. Key qualifications include a completed vocational training in IT (such as IT Specialist for System Integration), initial experience in onsite support and ticket systems, and a willingness to work rotating shifts (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM). Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electrician, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Initial experience in onsite support
- Experience in using ticket systems

- Class B Driver's License, Willingness to work rotating shifts (early/late shift) between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM (Monday - Friday).
