Job Summary

This role involves taking on a central function in the planning, execution, and evaluation of tests for innovative vehicle and engine systems. The Test Engineer will define testing requirements, coordinate their implementation, assess the results, and discuss findings within project teams. A key part of the role is continuous collaboration with internal and external partners in areas such as thermodynamics, analytics, engine testing, component development, and academic institutions. The professional will actively seek potential improvements in applied methods and processes, contributing to the development and optimization of workflows. Furthermore, the role includes supporting the installation and commissioning of prototypes and serial systems both on test benches and in the field. This position requires a degree in a relevant engineering field and strong knowledge of internal combustion engines and measurement technology.
