Job Summary

This specialist role serves as the central point of contact for complex IT challenges within laboratory infrastructure across the EMEA region, acting as the crucial interface between customers (hospitals/labs) and global development teams. Day-to-day responsibilities involve analyzing and resolving malfunctions in Roche Information Solutions products, often utilizing remote maintenance or simulating customer environments. A key focus is ensuring network functionality, which includes troubleshooting firewalls and various network components. You will manage customer and employee inquiries, process complaints (PRI), and coordinate closely with global 3rd Level Support. Additionally, you will support product updates, ensure meticulous documentation in the CRM system, and contribute to support optimization initiatives. Success requires a background in IT or medical technology, sound knowledge of networks and Windows operating systems, and fluency in Dutch and German, coupled with confident English skills.
