Job Summary

This Field Service Engineer role provides essential 1st and 2nd level field support across Southern Germany, covering Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria. Daily responsibilities include executing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) activities, configuring and installing various hardware such as PCs, peripherals, and handheld scanners, and performing service calls for client hardware and network components. The engineer is also responsible for providing user instruction and comprehensive support, along with detailed documentation of all service work within the ticketing system. Key requirements include a completed technical IT qualification, proven experience in field support, and strong knowledge of current Microsoft products and networking concepts (DHCP, DNS, Firewalls). The position demands high flexibility and travel readiness, offering the advantage of hybrid work and remote options.
