Job Summary

This role involves contributing to the development of high-voltage Lithium-Ion batteries and Battery Management Systems (BMS), primarily for the automotive and rail vehicle technology sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting, analysis, and tracking of faults, as well as coordinating validation and error correction measures. The engineer will be a key communicator, liaising with OEMs, development partners, and suppliers. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and possesses initial professional experience in battery technology or energy storage systems. Knowledge of ISO 26262 and experience in testing battery systems (Unit, EMC, thermal stability) are highly desirable.
