This role seeks a proactive (Senior) System Administrator to ensure seamless IT operations for a globally active client in the Ansbach district. You will be the primary point of contact for technical issues, providing comprehensive remote and on-site user support, and managing the entire troubleshooting process from standard tickets to complex fault resolution. Key daily activities involve performing and optimizing system installations, managing updates, implementing critical security measures, and maintaining essential infrastructure components like networks, Windows Servers, mobile devices, and printers. A crucial aspect of the role is documenting IT processes clearly and comprehensibly for the team. Candidates must possess a completed IT education or equivalent qualification, demonstrate strong technical understanding, and be proficient in network concepts such as VLANs and IPv6.
