Job Summary

This critical role involves taking full technical responsibility for assigned properties, ensuring seamless operation through organized management of all maintenance, inspections, repairs, and safety checks. The Technical Site Manager serves as the direct point of contact for the client, requiring strong stakeholder management skills. A key component of the role is leadership, involving the supervision of both internal staff and external contracting firms. Daily tasks also include detailed documentation, reporting, data entry into EDV systems, and updating technical plant records. Furthermore, the manager will handle local sales tasks and prepare quotations. The ideal candidate must hold a Master or Technician qualification in Building Services or Electrical Engineering, coupled with relevant professional experience in Facility Management. Success in this position requires fluent German, proficiency in MS Office, and a highly responsible, results-oriented work ethic. The position offers an unlimited contract and continuous professional development within an internationally successful group.

Required Skills

Education

Master (Meister) or Technician (Techniker) qualification in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in technical facility management
  • Professional experience in the specific task area (Organization and control of maintenance/repairs)
  • Leadership experience (managing internal staff and external firms)
